another week of 4 dinners out,1 dinner at home not that it affects me much, cos i expected it (what else to expect when im packing my weeks like that). of course my mom hopes that i eat at home more i guess. i dont know, like why i do feel a tad guilty when i spend alot more time outside as compared to previously. something to do with psychological stuff which cant be explained? shall ponder over it when i have more braincells. meeting with friends in the past week - 1. shopping at vivo + dinner with weining and tengyi  i kinda like the seafood glass noodles at thai express. havent found a place which rivals their glass noodles yet. my mom says thai express sucks :| maybe it's just certain food but in my opinion it's loads better than lerk thai. still find tom yam too spicy, green curry is still okay. 2. shopping + lunch/tea at orchard with krystelle, alison and angel cant believe krys is going to san fran for exchange for an entire sem ! ahh to think i only meet her like twice a year ever since jc. i cant wait to know my exchange application results COS I WANNA GET OUT OF SINGAPORE. sigh. .jpg) gluttony, yummy :) .jpg) the three babes. krys have a good flight and i'll see you back in jan ! something to think about. is it better to love or be loved? eliz shared a cookie at Friday, August 21, 2009

OUR PRIDE AND JOYfinally, after months of hard work the GC catalogue is launched ! special thanks to everyone who made it possible :) so proud to see the pretty end product. stylish ! anyway, some pictures from the launch at the smu lounge. (i dont know how i survived that day with both 8am and 12pm lessons, plus the launch which ended at 11plus. and work the next day)  the gc team ! no regrets ever going forward and joining them.  the pretty cake to mark our 5th anniversary ! exact replica of the catalogue cover, plus 3d cup !  me, joyce and gracie !  the fantastic view, plus the fantastic team :D  marketing girls unite !  and my copy of the catalogue. if im not wrong only the year 1s have got it so far cos it was in their vivace goody bag.  and my illustration ! hee :) the end of week one is here ! though it doesnt feel like a friday at all. had a hard time trying to get back into routine. didnt help that the first lesson was tues 330 and it was just totally weird. maybe if it was morning 830 it wouldnt have been so bad. but i would say what im taking this sem is pretty cool, and the profs are engaging. still in the midst of buying/selling textbooks which is such a pain. but TGIF, cos i reallie need to rest this weekend. eliz shared a cookie at Sunday, August 16, 2009

omg it's already week 1 of school tomorrow. my summer is OVER :(been so busy the past few weeks, with work, meeting up with classmates, friends, colleagues, company event, short trip over national day weekend, school event and all. oh my goodness. i hope i dont fall ill just when school starts. so i spent like 3mths of summer working, and the other weeks attending a funeral and sourcing for internship. sigh ! highly accomplished summer i would say, but i didnt have time to do much of my own stuff. anyway i wanna post pictures, but something's wrong with blogger. if it turns out okay yay.       school starts on tuesday ! so reporting to work at 930am tml still. i hope things work out, honestly. eliz shared a cookie at |
