enjoyable weekend! my parents and sis were in china, leaving me with my other sis. so we had pretty much freedom and liberty to do whatever we wanted. of course there was the trade of of having to water the plans, wash up everything, lock up, throw rubbish etc. but it was fun while it lasted.pictures!  pretty much self explanatory eh. my mom won two tickets to the etude house party @ movida in st. james which was open to around 150 guests only. and of course lee min ho had to be there. well, we went late so we only gazed at him for about 30mins hahhaa. after that mad shopping and dinner at brotzeit!  totally recommend you all to dine there cos the food is affordable and the beer great too. happy hours before 8pm so be sure to get there early to get a cheap pint :) platter for two with an assortment of sausages was good too. and they give like 3 dipping sauces. anyway im getting darned broke ah. presents, meals, neccesities. i think im supposed to go budget now but dang, the most i can do is just not make an impulsive buys. like 2 tubs of haagen cos they're on offer ! one for $15+, but 2 for only $23! what a steal, can you resist that? ;) ps: my colleague's daughter is so freaking cute omg. eliz shared a cookie at Wednesday, October 14, 2009

oh my I failed my first ever driving test! okay immediate failure plus 28 demerit points which would mean sure failure. ugh and worse was I mixed up the test time with the warm up time so ended up speeding down in a cab and still late for warm up!anyway I dunno why that pedestrian just appeared from nowhere despite having checked beforehand.plus he didn't cross at the zebra crossing! sigh I think I owe him smth in his past life , and that smth would prob be a driving license :x eliz shared a cookie at Thursday, October 01, 2009

life in pictures..23 sep wed 7:40pm dessert from emicakes, had the black forest which wasnt too bad (i like the cherries!) but a little too creamy.  26 sep sat 1:27pm cocoa pretz bought in hk awhile back. i like :)  26 sep sat 3:54pm kaya and cheese pancake from taka basement. the perfect match for sweet and salty. totally satisfied my craving just before mad mooncake shopping!  27 sep sun 11:52am my sis (mostly) and i attempted to make snowskin mooncakes with redbean filling. turned out quite a disaster and we actually made 18 (!!!), so i dunno how we're going to finish all of them :|  27 sep sun 12:28am back from my colleague's wedding dinner! specially went to set hair. first wedding i kinda attended, think it was okay. but the location was just a tad far. and not to mention all the money which went into the dress, heels, bag, hair and angpao.  29 sep tues 12:48pm lunch at the thai food place at kovan. stuffed myself with green curry, pandan chicken and mango salad. plus red ruby dessert. was so fulllll !  1 oct thurs 12:05am munching on hundreds and thousands biscuits cos im too hungry. and to reward myself for finishing two tests in two days. rejoice !  eliz shared a cookie at |
